SmartBooster runs as a transparent agent on end user's computer. The end user must have Windows 2000/XP/2003 installed.
SmartBooster will support Windows 98/ME/VISTA soon.
SmartBooster will NOT be installed or run on a video website or a media server. Therefore, it does not matter what operating system is installed in the video website or the media server.
